Please take some time to answer the questionnaire below to determine your approach to work life. This profiling system is largely based on the DISC profiling system that is internationally recognised as a reliable profiling system.

You will need to allow about 10-15 minutes to complete this but should not spend too long on it as your first answer is your most instinctive and therefore most accurate.

1) If you were a leader, how would your employees describe your style?

2) How do you handle an argument?

Find it a challenging experience and look forward to it I wouldn't plan, I'd just talk off the top of my head I'd be nervous, but make sure I say the right things and don't offend anyone I'd make sure I got the facts straight
4) What would you be like at a work function?

If it was challenging, it would motivate me I'd probably only be able to concentrate for a while, then get distracted I'd feel happy if I was familiar with the subject I wouldn't be happy until I'd double checked everything at the end

I get on with people, but I'm quite direct with them I get on well with everyone I'm nice to everyone I keep myself to myself
10) How would you feel if you were asked to change your job role?
Id be very happy, especially if it was more challenging I love change, I get bored doing the same thing Id agree to it, but I feel more comfortable in a routine when I know what I'm doing I don't really like change?

I like to say what I think/take charge of the conversation? I talk a lot, but feel that people are interested in what I'm saying I am supportive and always listen to other people's points of view I can be negative and like to catch people out when they are wrong?
12) Your boss at the last minute asks you to stay late to finish a project, but you've already made arrangements. What would you do?

I love the pressure as I've got so much 'nervous' energy I always get distracted, whenever the deadline is I prefer to work at my own pace and not feel rushed I probably wouldn't meet the deadline as I'd keep finding more information to improve on the task.
