This short questionnaire will take you no longer than 5 minutes to complete and is designed to determine your attitude and approach to eating and exercising. You will be provided with some immediate personal feedback at the end of the quiz.

We provide a range of health programs for organisations to gauge the impact of fitness, nutrition, stress and sleep on work performance. Scientific research has proven that wellbeing is inextricably linked to physical and mental agility and performance. We use this information to design programs in the work place for staff and also use our expertise to devise and run individual wellbeing programs as part of our business and life coaching services.
